Grits: In a big saucepan, boil water. Whisk in salt and grits/cornmeal, then scale back warmth to very low/simmer. In a small bowl whisk all substances till blended. Serve room temperature over favourite cooked seafood. Refrigerate leftovers in a tightly coated container. Makes about 1 cup glaze/sauce.
