Set your 6-quart multicooker to SAUTE (excessive) and add the oil. As soon as the oil is shimmering, add the onions and kale stems and saute till the onions begin to flip golden and the stems soften, 6 to eight minutes, stirring sometimes. Add the mushrooms and saute, stirring typically, till they’ve softened and given up a few of their liquid. Should you begin to get a variety of browning on the underside (some is nice for taste!), add a splash of water, scraping up the bits, and switch down the warmth as wanted. Add the garlic, salt, rosemary and thyme, rubbing the herbs between your fingers as you drop them in. Cook dinner, stirring continuously, simply till aromatic, about 30 seconds. Press CANCEL to show off the warmth.
